Privacy notice

A plain account of what this guide learns about its readers and what you can do about it.

Revised October 2026 · published by Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana

01

Who controls your data

The controller is the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana, 711 Paragon Place, Marksville LA 71351. Privacy questions go to privacy@offravia.com.

02

Information gathered

  • Device and network data: your IP address; a rough geolocation inferred from that IP, typically down to a metro area; the user agent your browser reports; and which offravia pages loaded.
  • Contact-form data: anything you type into our form (name, address, subject, text), which travels to us inside an email you send yourself.
  • Consent record: the cookie decision, kept on your own device.

03

Purposes

  • Operation: serving offravia pages safely and honouring the consent decision.
  • Analytics: with permission, measuring overall interest in each section.
  • Marketing: with permission, enabling referral partners to credit bookings started on offravia.
  • Correspondence: replying to whatever you send the offravia desk.

04

Who we share it with

Service providers who host offravia or count its traffic receive only what their task needs and follow our instructions. With advertising cookies allowed, referral and affiliate networks also receive click identifiers. After you leave for a resort website, that resort and its reservation software handle your data under their own notices. Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your contact details.

05

Retention periods

Correspondence: two years from our last reply, longer only where a legal duty demands it. Aggregate analytics: twenty-six months at most. Consent record: one year on your device, or less if you wipe it.

06

Rights under the GDPR

Readers covered by the GDPR can request a copy of what offravia holds, ask for mistakes to be repaired, demand erasure, narrow or contest our handling, obtain a machine-readable export, and withdraw permission whenever they choose. Unhappy with our answer? Your national data protection regulator accepts complaints too. Write to privacy@offravia.com.

07

Rights under the CCPA and CPRA

Californians protected by the CCPA and its CPRA amendments may discover what categories of personal information offravia gathers and why, get entries corrected or deleted, and say no to that information being shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. Tap Reject All, or keep Global Privacy Control enabled, and the advertising group never loads. Exercising any of these rights never changes how offravia serves you.

08

Minors

offravia speaks to adult travellers; collecting details from minors is never our aim. Should a person under 18 have written to us, a short note to the privacy address gets that message erased.
