Using the site

Feel free to read offravia and pass links to friends for private use. Mass duplication, scraper bots, efforts to knock offravia offline, and republishing our paragraphs as somebody else’s work all fall outside that permission.

Age

offravia is meant for readers 18 and over, rising to 21 and over wherever local rules attach that threshold to venues like these. Each resort fixes its own check-in age, so confirm it at booking.

Ownership of the first entry

Paragon Casino Resort, listed first, is the publisher's own resort. Ownership alone puts it there; offravia offers no neutral verdict on it. The remaining entries are placed by editorial judgement.

Third parties

offravia answers neither for resorts nor for reservation platforms nor for any outside site it points to. Room prices, resort fees, taxes, availability and policies are set by those parties and can change without notice. Whoever accepts your reservation is your counterparty; offravia sits outside that agreement.

What offravia is, and is not

Every entry is broad travel guidance that can date quickly, so confirm anything decisive with the resort itself. Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. offravia keeps to rooms, pools, food and getting there.

Intellectual property

offravia's wording, layout, emblem and illustrations belong to the operator unless marked otherwise. Resort names and marks remain with their rightful holders and appear here only as labels for each property.

Limits on our responsibility

Within the limits Louisiana and federal law allow, offravia accepts no responsibility for indirect, incidental or follow-on loss traced to reading these pages or relying on them.

Governing law

Louisiana law and United States federal law govern these terms; competent courts in Louisiana hear any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
